How quickly can JIA LATAM mobilize for a project?
We have deployed full teams in under two weeks to meet our clients' needs, though ideally we're involved 6–12 weeks ahead. If it's urgent, tell us — we'll be honest about what's possible.
Do you work outside Latin America?
Yes. Recent projects include Osaka (Japan), Madrid and Málaga (Spain), and the UAE. If the project is international, we already have supplier networks and experience there.
What's the minimum budget you work with?
It depends on the scope. We work on projects from single-country fair stands to multi-continent government programs. Tell us what you're working with — we'll tell you what we can build.
Do you handle customs and international shipping?
Yes — this is one of our core operational strengths. We've cleared materials through EU, Japanese, and LATAM customs for live projects and know how to avoid the delays that sink stands.
Can you manage everything, or just parts of a project?
Our services adapt to what each project needs. Often it's everything, from start to finish. Other times it's only the creative and branding work, or only operations and logistics, or only production.
Who will we actually be working with?
Senior JIA producers lead every engagement — the same person in the kickoff call is on the floor on day one of the fair. We don't hand projects off to junior teams after the close.
