We represent governments and nations. Positioning presidencies, ministries (tourism, agriculture, sport, economy and development, among others) and private companies on the international stage in a way that sets them apart is not just what we do — it is our founding premise of quality and effectiveness.

We design and deliver the presence a country projects to the world — from participation in fairs and expositions to financial projection tools, sporting events, and high-impact audiovisual work. That means coordinating with ministries, managing protocol, overseeing production budgets, and ensuring that every visual, every host, and every piece of material reflects the quality of the nation they represent.

From brief to delivery.

Most of our projects follow four phases. Some go straight to execution because we've worked together before. Either way, the result is the same.

Brief & Scope

We start with a call. We ask about the project, the audience, the constraints, and what success looks like. We don't sell services — we propose the combination that fits.

Proposal & Planning

A detailed proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, team, and budget. Once approved, we build the operational plan — suppliers, travel, production schedule, contingencies.

Production & Execution

Senior JIA staff leads on-site. We manage suppliers, solve problems before they reach the client, and keep the project moving against the real deadline — not the paper one.

Close & Report

Post-project debrief, supplier reconciliation, asset handover, and a full summary of outcomes vs. objectives. We measure everything so the next project starts smarter.
